When the guests arrive for the aperitif, Jon Ensor does \u201cclose up\u201d, i.e. close-up magic that creates a good atmosphere from the moment the guests arrive.<\/p>\n
Once the guests are seated, Jon has around 10 minutes on stage where he sets the mood. He does a menu presentation and perhaps introduces the CEO for the welcome speech and who knows, maybe Jon has a little trick up his sleeve with the boss where he conjures up a glass of Champagne.<\/p>\n
