In addition to our internal routines, we want to be able to produce as many green events as possible in collaboration with our customers.<\/p>\n<p>Eco-Lighthouse is a recognised and effective tool for certification and environmental management, and Norway's most widely used certificate for businesses that want to document their environmental efforts and demonstrate social responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Read more at <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.miljofyrtarn.no\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">miljofyrtarn.no<\/a><\/u><\/p>\n\t<h3><strong>Green arrangement\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Through co-operation with our customers, we follow selected points so that together we can create a green event. We will reduce food waste, cut plastic use and work continuously to take more steps in the green direction!<\/p>\n<p>Which points we review:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choice of venue<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration partners<\/li>\n<li>Food production<\/li>\n<li>Waste and waste sorting<\/li>\n<li>Energy and power<\/li>\n<li>Transport<\/li>\n<li>Purchasing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www-topparrangement.wp2.hcweb.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/iStock-1135553888-1-scaled-e1633428074132.jpg\" alt=\"People sunbathing in the Park while forming a heart\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1459\" width=\"1920\" title=\"I love nature\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www-topparrangement.wp2.hcweb.dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/IMG_7060.jpg\" alt=\"Prosjektledelse\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1200\" width=\"1600\" title=\"Project management\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h3>\n\t\tThe road to a green event\n\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\tChoice of venue and partners\n\t\t\t\t<p>Preferably, it is desired that the event venue is environmentally certified, in cases where this is not possible, Topp Arrangement will be extra careful to ensure that the company's checklist is followed extra carefully.<\/p>\n<p>Partners to the event, employees at the event location and others involved must be informed that this is a green event and what barometer the organiser is setting so that this is followed.<\/p>\n<p>Topp Arrangement will appoint a dedicated Eco-Lighthouse Manager for every production that is a green event, and after the event the company's internal checklist must be completed, signed and stored.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tMat\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>The organiser shall request and possibly offer the customer organic<\/li>\n<li>The organiser recommends reducing meat in favour of more vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Seafood with red light in seafood guide WWF is not used<\/li>\n<li>Prioritise locally produced ingredients in the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\tDifferent barometers we follow\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Any purchases for events must be eco-labelled<\/li>\n<li>Preference is given to environmentally certified event partners<\/li>\n<li>We save electricity by switching off unnecessary light and heat<\/li>\n<li>Paper is not handed out in all places, put on tables by the doors<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\tTransport\n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Organiser and customer map the least environmentally damaging means of transport<\/li>\n<li>Where public transport is available, this should be recommended to guests<\/li>\n<li>The organiser ensures that no suppliers to the event are idle<\/li>\n<li>Plan start and end times to fit in with public transport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\tWaste and waste sorting \n\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Disposable cutlery should be minimised and preferably excluded altogether.<\/li>\n<li>The release of balloons, lanterns or other items must not be practised. <\/li>\n<li>Effects such as confetti and glitter should either be avoided or minimised.<\/li>\n<li>Waste sorting with a minimum of 3 waste types must always be in place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p>Som Milj\u00f8fyrt\u00e5rn bidrar vi ogs\u00e5 til \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 flere av FNs b\u00e6rekraftsm\u00e5l.
